Match Report
Tonbridge School 4th XI vs  Harrow School
On: Saturday, 02 Mar 2019
Venue: Away

This was a tremendous team performance. We tried to play a passing game in difficult (windy) conditions, on a spacious sloping pitch. Many chances were created until Webster, who had threatened already with late runs into the box, met a Jagger corner and converted at pace from close quarters. The back four were resolute under pressure and Saunes made two crucial saves towards the end of the game. It was great to see the collective spirit of the team (in getting back to win the ball especially) as well as the skill. Jagger, McDowell and Tang were always a handful, while Kirkland was a rock at CDM. Well done too to Harrow who battled hard to equalise and played some decent stuff; their keeper was exceptional, making at least three great saves.
